"We really enjoyed our stay at Xenia guest house. The rooms were perfectly clean and all of the staff were super friendly. The location was ideal for walking to all of the sites, but it was also very easy to hop on a bus, train, or taxi right outside the property. We will definitely be back on our next trip to Rome!"

"The owners of the apartment allowed us to check in early due to our flight arriving at 9:00 and check in at 3:00. They showed us the apartment and how to use the special key. They were very nice. The bed was comfortable and the towels were soft. We loved having the market and multiple places to eat right outside of our door. Italy was beautiful and the owners made it easy for us."

"What an amazing place to stay in Rome! The owner was so kind and friendly; and had great chats with him every morning. The breakfast was absolutely incredible with a large spread of meats, cheeses, breads and fruits that are all locally sourced or sourced within Italy! Cannot stress how awesome the breakfast was! "We enjoyed our stay! Breakfast on the rooftop terrace was our favorite thing. The cons: our room was fairly small and you had to step up another level to get into the bathroom. Because of this, in the middle of the night, my husband fell and cut his arm badly. The staff was very nice though, and tried to take care of the cut. It was hard to find the doors Into the hotel and the doors out of the hotel if that makes sense."
