"We experienced a fantastic stay at Residenza Gens Julia. Urszula the host is warm, kind, and very responsive via WhatsApp. The self-serve breakfast offerings have a wide range, have plenty of quantity, and are restocked well. Most of all, the location is unbeatable: One is in the center of Rome where all the major sights and shopping areas are walkable. Also, the pizza place on the righthand side right next to the Residenza is excellent."

"Great, friendly and extremely helpful staff. Clean, modern room and fresh breakfast each morning. Only thing to be aware of is you may have to carry your luggage a block due to no cars being allowed in the area where the hotel is. But everything else more than made up for that minor inconvenience, especially since it means the area is quieter and less busy than the rest of Rome, which was a big plus. I would recommend this place to anyone who comes to Rome."

Nicely furnished clean room with so many thoughtful little things i.e. great coffee machine with several types of coffees and teas, small kit-kat style crackers, umbrella, sewing kit, excellent toiletries....staff was super helpful.
