Than there was no pool towels when asked for some at the front desk was told someone was bring some out. An hour later no towels were brought out. Had to go to the room ..."

"The room and establishment were good. We were a little unfamiliar with this establishment, and when we first arrived, we were confused about the check-in procedure. After we finally got settled, the place was a lot of fun, and the kids really enjoyed it. It was very pricey, though."

"The location can't be beat to visit the Mall of America or other area attractions. The hotel is starting to show it's wear and could use freshening, but the room was clean. Complementary breakfast area is small with always a line so didn't utilize the amenity."
