The rooms were clean, however, no communication was done via text message even though they mentioned if there was anything needed to text. No communication on when room service was coming in. Holiday Inn Express & Suites Mall of America - MSP Airport by IHG
Breakfast was amazing. Free rides to the mall and airport as well. Friendly staff. The shuttle driver was such a great guy. Love it here

Perfect location, easy walk to MoA. Breakfast was hot and constantly being replenished. Pool area wasn't the cleanest.
