Hampton Inn & Suites Minneapolis University Area
The room was cramped- like a sardine can. The furniture was too large for the space. The TV did not face the bed. The room was dark like a cave even with lights on. The best part of the room was the bathroom. Breakfast and staff were great. Parking fee ridiculous and not secure

Home2 Suites By Hilton Minneapolis University Area
Our room was very clean. However, the shower had a severe leak and tub wouldn't drain. The king bed mattress was really bad. It was a big bowl. Very uncomfortable. We were only staying one night. When we told the front desk at checkout, all she said was ok, I'll tell maintainence.

Staff was friendly. Hot tub was broke. Kid toy machines took money but wouldnt work. Asked for money back they said that it was through a different company and to call the number on machine.
