"Nice and clean private room. Some minor issues, and this is a Keurig thing, but the coffee pot in the room and in the main living area need "descaling" and didn't work well. I also had to dump the main kitchen garbage even after the cleaning people came. Great location, but I was warned in advance about the off-street parking; drove around one time for 45 minutes to find a parking spot two blocks away. "

"We booked this hotel after our flight was cancelled. They immediately messaged me after booking to tell me how to get ahold of the shuttle service. The staff were very very friendly and went out of their way to make us comfortable. The breakfast was one of the better hotel breakfasts I’ve had. They made a bad experience much better!! Would 10/10 recommend. "

"The staff at the front desk was friendly; smiling and welcoming. The breakfast spread was good, especially the fresh fruit and scones.
The rooms were relatively clean although we noticed that the night stands, coffee table etc had a layer of dust even after maid service. Some of the rooms had balconies which is so nice. Very much appreciate having the sofa bed as additional place to sit beyond the bed and desk chair.
We would stay here again. "
