"Had a wonderful stay. They provided a hot shower, linens, breakfast and coffee. Me and my 6 year old enjoyed it very much. It was clean and quiet. The shared bathroom kind of sat weird with me, but it was kept very clean and fully stocked."

The neighborhood felt safe, and the property had a secure code entry for first time B& B stayers like me who was concerned about safety. The room was much smaller than expected, with barely enough space for the bed and luggage. The shared bathroom also could have been cleaner.
