"This is a very average hotel. The room was missing shampoo and Kleenex. The television was not working very well. There was hair in the bathtub. It wasn’t like one strand. It was like four. When I was in my room, there was no information about anything. I had to guess what the breakfast hours were I had to guess at where the pool was I had to guess about everything. The staff was fine, but not terribly happy to be there from the looks of things. I will say that the breakfast was very nice. The staff was courteous, and the food was excellent. The parking situation is weird because they don’t own the lot. You have to do everything through a third person. After taxes and convenience the parking was $27. I knew that there was a fee coming in, but I thought it was $20. That’s not a big deal, but after all the tiny inconveniences that I had to deal with, it was just another irritation."

"My flight was delayed so the airport shuttle wasn't available which was the main reason I chose to stay here - that's the airline's fault, not the hotel. But just a note that the shuttle is not 24 hours. When I checked in, since I arrived so late, I requested a late checkout. The helpful and friendly associate at the front desk let me know she was putting me down for a noon checkout. This apparently didn't make it to the cleaning crew who banged on my door beginning at 11:06 and attempted to enter my room multiple times. I ended up telling three different people "I have a noon checkout" and they accepted, but didn't communicate with eachother which was frustrating. Street noise was loud but the AC was louder."

"Overal it was a great experience! Clean place & staff were friendly. The parking situation was a bit strange, as their lot was full & had to park my car a bit away - not on the road but on the grass around the building, but overal was a good place! Would stay here again "

"Not worth it for the price the only clean place is the lobby I even heard other guests requesting to change rooms due to the cleanliness they do pick up your room in the morning and change your towels but that’s about it there’s dust and even mold all over not great customer service at the reception and some of the valet crew horrible manners even cursing not all of them but a couple of them should be thought how to treat people I also had on my reservation a free bottle of wine which I never saw I can’t talk about the pool or the bar because it was extra small and when I went there was no space not even to buy a drink the location is great there are plenty of restaurants near by but I wouldn’t recommend to stay here not until they fix all their issues and if that happen they probably doble the price "

"Listing is misleading. We booked 2 queen beds and they were doubles. Staff said in hotels doubles are really queens and a queen is a king. That’s not true! Rooms are also very dated. "
