"Will not stay here again"

"The hotel was a nice experience. We enjoyed the pool on red flag days, and the beds were comfy. The only downfall was the breakfast options. There wasn't many protein options, just the same options each day of biscuits and gravy, egg patties, a potato and bell pepper mix, make your own waffles, cereal, and some different bagels. Would have enjoyed a kind of bacon or sausage atleast one day. Other than the breakfast, which was still tasty none the less, our stay was perfect. Will consider staying...

"The room service was poor. Gym smelled like it had not been cleaned for a long while. Customer service was really bad. Reception desk was dirty, I complained about it but they never bothered cleaning it till we left after a stay of 5 days. Imagine housekeeping not taking a it trash after dropping new towels. For few days they didn’t change the sheets they only tucked it and laid it again. It was not a nice experience. We tried to cancel our reservation same day we got there but were not...

"Simone and all the staff were so friendly and amazingly helpful. We had our 2 little dogs with us and the room was perfect. Nice and big and it was very clean. Coffee in the morning was delicious as well. Nice big area to walk the dogs too. Great place to stay with animals. 😊"

"Great view. Right on the water. Very satisfied with the room upgrade The room was clean and quite comfortable. Great water flow in the shower …. I wouldn’t purchase the breakfast option again. Would expand the menu selections to include a hot cereal option and avocado toast would have been nice. We picked this palace for proximity and a full bar. Neither disappointed. Room cleaning didn’t happen one day. Tv didn’t work, thermostat didn’t work. Both were repaired quickly, however."

"We had a fantastic time at this family-friendly hotel. The beach access felt like a resort , and my son absolutely loved the lazy river. The breakfast was generous, making it a great choice for our stay. Plus, we were conveniently located about 6 minutes away from the crab island tours."

"Good points: Location (even with the road work), breakfast buffet and staff (Awesome group of breakfast staff), and upper deck staff great. Beach was not overcrowded and we could see further down it was. Poor points: Front desk staff. When I checked in I felt rushed even though there was no one else checking in. After traveling a period of time no one is going to remember everything but rushed like that made it 10x worse. Next day try to get more info at front desk, different person, and it was...
