"The stay itself was wonderful until we received a note on our door accusing us of a “smoking violation” and charging us $350. The hotel claimed the smoke detector in our room detected smoking activity, even though nobody smoked in the room at all. We were simply using a hair dryer and showering, which seemed to trigger the detector despite staff insisting that hair dryers, steam, and shower steam “cannot” set it off. What made the situation even more frustrating was how rude and accusatory the staff were when we tried to explain what happened. Instead of listening or trying to help resolve the issue, we were immediately treated like we were lying. Being charged such a large fee without any willingness to investigate or have a respectful conversation completely overshadowed what had otherwise been a great stay. I understand hotels have strict no-smoking policies, which is completely fair, but falsely accusing guests and handling the situation with hostility is unacceptable. I would strongly recommend the hotel reevaluate both their detection system and how staff handle these situations in the future."

"La habitación no la limpiaban muy bien, además q era muy incomoda, sin closet, no había donde colgar una toalla de manos ni la de baño, no hay puerta de baño y todo se moja y la taza esta super pegada a la pared, apenas puedes sentarte. Un dia compramos fruta para llevarnos a un tour, la compre subimos al carro y empece a comer y salió mal la fruta sabía caducada, y no había tiempo ya para regresar. La piscina no la vi muy limpia, no se si hay otras habitaciones mejores, pero la de pista parcial al mar no la recomiendo"

"Quiero hacer una aclaración yo no me aloje en el hotel del aeropuerto, pues tuve que cancelar la reservación porque el aire acondicionado central lo tenían roto y la persona que me atendió me dijo que me reembolsaban todo el dinero de esa reservación, espero que me tramiten ese reembolso lo más rápido posible, gracias"
