"Ok location within walking distance of restaurants and grocery store. Small hotel, no amenities, a/c none existent in lobby and very little in the room, no breakfast, check-in is still done by paper, you have to ask to get your room cleaned, towels or anything else that is standard at every other hotel on the planet. They still use house keys for the room, dim lighting in the hallways, and unfriendly staff. We travel a lot and this is the most horrible place we’ve ever stayed. Pictures and descriptions are not what is reality. Stay anywhere else."

"Our housekeeper, Veronica, was always very attentive, ensuring that our room was immaculate, restocking our daily coffee supply, and providing fresh towels when needed. The staff in the buffet area promptly replenished everything at the bar, and they offered a wide variety of breakfast options for the family. The facility was maintained in excellent condition, and I miss the delightful scent that greets you as soon as you walk into the lobby. The fact that the location of this Residence Inn is within walking distance of the beach is a plus. My family also enjoyed the pool area after a long day of exploring the island.
