"This hotel is under renovation. The room we stayed in was not properly cleaned/ sanitized. There were flies buzzing in the hotel, in our room and in the breakfast area. On a positive note, I liked the area of the hotel though, it’s closed to the bus stop. The views were amazing! The breakfast was great too."

"Complicated welcoming screen and not well coordinated with customers' renewal stays. I could have easily ended up without access to my room between 10am and 4pm. I had to stay home that day. Very inconvenient!"

"Going in we knew it was a historic building but the room was dark and minimal compared to other similar facilities we have stayed at. No one was at the desk to check us in, we had to call on phone at desk to pay for parking before getting code to lock box for key to room. There was no mention of a code to get back in the building in the evening. Breakfast was the standard continental breakfast. Beautiful area with an old church and covered bridge."

"Mein Zimmer war im fünften Stock. Der Aufzug für nur bis zum vierten. Das ist mit einem Koffer nicht unbedingt ein Vergnügen. Das Zimmer war sehr klein - gut, dass ich in dem Doppelzimmer alleine war. Das Badezimmer war sehr, sehr klein. Das Fenster war so hoch oben, dass man nicht rausschauen konnte - im 5. Stock. Trotz allem war es auch noch sehr laut. Das Frühstück war sehr einfach. Allein die Lage war gut."

"Spacious room with updated fixtures. The location may seem of concern at first ( it's in an industrial/commercial area), but it is close to tourism areas and excellent transportation."

"Che dire, bellissimo poter soggiornare all’interno del castello di Thun finemente ristrutturato per accogliere le camere di questo boutique hotel. Posizione eccellente, collegato direttamente con la città con un comodo ascensore. Davvero una coccola la colazione servita in una bellissima sala con vista sulla città da personale davvero gentile. Ottima scelta di prodotti dolci e salati, immancabile la treccia svizzera e la possibilità di scegliere tra molti piatti preparati al momento."
