"We booked 2 AC Rooms back in March for 2 days. When we arrived, the staff looked surprised we are there until we showed the reservation and the receipt. "Everything was fine except for the access to the hotel with luggage and the bathroom where the bathtub is pretty high and slippery. Not very accommodating for people above a certain age. Otherwise it was all good."
