"Location is near the Kumoron Market, but a bit of walk to Dotonbori and Namba. There are a lot of dining option. And also a lot of people walking around and conatruction in the area. Our only complain was the toilet when not in use has a foul smell. Other than that everything is good."

We really appreciated the extra space the apartment offered, the bunk beds for the kids, and the washing machine (although it was tiny and took hours to complete a load). The beds were comfortable, and the shower and bath area was lovely. We even cooked breakfast in our room one morning on the cooktop. "Nol Kyoto Sanjo is a beautiful hotel in a great area of central Kyoto. Rooms are very zen-like and very clean! Location is perfect for shopping and dining. The staff is super friendly and helpful too. We will definitely stay here on a future Kyoto trip!"

"The hotel is at a great location with walking distance to many attractions and restaurants, room size is good and clean. Must say the staff are excellent, especially the cleaning staff are amazing - one day we went back to hotel while they're cleaning our room, and they quickly finished and apologized to us for waiting, we felt sorry to have rushed them. Only wish the beds are bigger. The only awkward thing is you need to take an elevator from ground to 1st floor, then take another elevator...
