"The room was clean and everything worked as it should. The pool was clean and functional and a good feature was that half was under cover and in the shade.
Breakfast was disappointing. Decent layout and clean and generous but VERY bland. Also , supplemental cooling units were in the lobby and dining area. Not bad but a abit of a distraction."

The room I was assigned was next to an exit door, and there was too much noise. Every day, there were many little bugs getting into my room, along with leaves and constant noise. The experience was not comfortable, and the staff were not attentive at all."

"Jessica and Kathy were the BEST employees during our three-night stay at this location. Their friendliness and going out of their way to help me were the best part of staying here.
Rooms - sketchy AC and very humid at times. No AC in the halls which seemed weird.
Beds were very comfortable and the Down-alternative pillows were GREAT.
Bathroom - very clean
Breakfast - good selection and even a vegetarian option Sunday.
Amenities - didn't use any.
Only one elevator was in use. With multiple...

"This hotel is marketed as upscale and luxurious, but my experience was quite the opposite. After arriving late in the evening, around 11:45 PM, I was disappointed to find a room that felt extremely dated and in need of significant renovation. The furnishings and overall condition of the room gave an old, neglected impression, and cleanliness did not meet my expectations.
The experience was so disappointing that, had it not been so late, I would have looked for alternative accommodations...

"Dirty room upon arrival, had to be changed to a room that was slightly better, still was dirty in certain areas. Iron didn’t work properly, pillows are awful and the tv would sometimes work sometimes not work. Housekeeping never came by to refresh the room when we had wanted to as well.
