"Rough, worn out hotel. NOT worth the price. Beds felt terrible, they just about collapse when you layed on them. Sofas are loveseats (not great for a full sized person to sleep on. Would never stay again. It was rough neighborhood. Doors are locked at night. The kids called it "Gotham city""

"A very ideal place to stay any length of state. The apartments were spacious, all the amenities needed, lots of parking, near a small shopping mall pick up any extras you may have forgotten. The entire set up was perfect. Large washroom. And top everything off incredible stuff. Desiree went above and beyond or call of duty. We will definitely go back there again or anywhere they have Lux inn chain"

"Staff were helpful, but disappointed in cleanliness of rooms. The carpet was covered in stains, and walls were covered in stains. Carpets were sticky, feet would sticking to carpet as you walked on them. Bedding and bathroom were clean."

"The back entrance to the lobby was filthy. There was spilled pop on the floor near the vending machine and people were tracking that in to the elevator, which incidentally was scary to use. Elevators are not supposed to shudder and shake when in use. The stairway and hallways to the rooms smelled like a washroom. The sign in front says newly renovated guest rooms The entry carport is covered in gravel and dirt more suited for a construction site. The actual lobby is sparkling and beautiful. I have pictures of my room which should make it uninhabitable. Deep dirt, stale air, loose wires, dirty bed linens, open sink drain, no hot water.
