"The staff at the front desk were amazing! So helpful and very pleasant to deal with. The staff member working at the breakfast lounge did not seem like she had any interest in being there. But the food was great and the room was perfect! We had an amazing stay in Thunder Bay!"

"Stay overnight for one night. And everything was ok because no loud noises when I arrive late at night. Bed were nice a soft/comfy including staff were understandable when I arrived late n greeted me, next early morning they say good bye have a nice drive back home"
