"Great experience. My son was playing in a bag and accidentally pushed my wifes wallet underneath the couch. We noticed she checkout that she didn't have it. I called the front desk asked the cleaning staff and went to check the room herself, to no avail. We ended up stopping back and i asked if we could get into the room and was told no problem. The staff member working during our stay (unfortunately, I didn’t catch her name since we checked in late) was incredibly kind, knowledgeable about the area, and attentive to all the guests’ needs. Our room was adorable, though it was a bit warm—probably due to the AC unit, which might have been our fault. The area was peaceful and very walkable to the Historic District.
