"The area is very dangerous and poor condition. Part of the hotel a huge portion is destroyed Hotel is extremely dirty, very rundown, and should not be open. This hotel would not accept credit cards they do not have a computer system or a reservation system Hotels.com should not be associating with hotels in such poor condition. I did not stay at this hotel because of its poor condition I found a different hotel and hotels.com had to refund my money! It was a 3-hour ordeal of the hotel not being able to find my reservation, and then an hour and 45 minutes on line with hotels.com."

"Arrived for check in and was informed they had no hot water. Was told to contact Expedia for refund. They won’t even respond to confirm. "

"The only positive things about this hotel is it was super inexpensive. $62 with tax and it is right off of Hwy 55, so convenient to the Interstate. I reserved a room with a king bed but no king beds when I checked in, I found a dead bug on the dresser, and the smoke detector was laying on the bed with no battery in it!! Not safe!! The free breakfast was a joke!! All items came in plastic bags. With the exception of the fruit. It is about as basic as it gets and I did not like that I booked a king bed and didn’t get that! "
