"Room a/c was extremely loud. The carpet in the room was worn and old. The furniture was outdated. The bathroom was old looking. Faucets faded and rusting. Shower floor cracking and moldy.The elevator was very very slow and old. The appearance throughout needs to be updated hallways rooms etc... You can tell no mangoes into improvements."

"I was in a VIP king suite. I was there for three days and the property never replaced the towels in the bathroom. A friend lost their phone and we searched the room for it. When we moved some of the furniture around to find the phone, you could see that the property never moved the furniture when they were cleaning."
