"When we were checking in they could not locate my reservation. The front desk supervisor, Deshanta Banks, was so rude, unhelpful and dismissive. Thankfully I called hotels.com and they were able to contact the hotel and front desk staff to help them locate our reservation. The hotel was great! The room was modern and very clean. The pool was so great and definitely our favorite part. All the other staff at the hotel and casino were all amazing and so friendly. We loved this hotel."
