"Mostly a very good experience. The property is physically very close to the Innere Stadt with very easy tram/subway connections that can have you at Stephansplatz in under 15 minutes. That said, it is located in a very quiet residential area with limited food/drink/nightlife options immediately adjacent. (If you’re looking for “close to city, but quiet,” this is ideal). Communication with host was good, and the check-in package of info was excellent. (It’s not a hotel… no staff on site). ...

"The building had a major waterleak and District Living make fake promises to put all occupants in the street, in the middle of the night. They did not care, nor had sufficient alternative accommodation, nor had any intention to compensate the people impacted. 4 weeks have passed the incident and they still not responded to emails. I would stay away from District Living and their management in future. Expedia on the other hand, had fantastic agents and were a true lifesaver. They offered...

"It was a lovely roomy apartment with everything we needed provided.The Apartment was larger than we were expecting which was a lovely surprise. It had two toilets, a very big bathroom and a balcony with table and chairs. Close to a supermarket, pharmacy, local restaurants and the underground station was across the road from the apartment so made it very easy to get around. It was a short walk through a park to the Schonbrunn Palace. If we went again would definitely book this apartment."
