"We stayed for 3 nights. 2 bottles of water were given only on the first day as they said water was just welcome drink. The room was not cleaned properly, so many crumbs on the carpet when we just checked in. The chairs were very dusty. The corridor was super dark. The room was dark too, very hard for us to do packing. No place to put anything. The hot water did not work properly for the first 2 nights, so we have to shower with cold water. One of the male staff was very rude. The only good thing...

"This place is interesting as they seem to be transitioning from a love hotel to a legit hotel. Hence some interesting food perks, various small items, bathtub aroma varieties etc for free. Free curry starts from 7 am until 5 pm. Free popcorn, free drinks ( wine and some cheap pours ) etc. for the price I paid not bad at all! "

"Great location, a few mins walk from Shinsaibashi Shopping Street and Dotonbori. Few mins walk from train stations as well. Lots of good restaurants nearby. Room was clean but it was small. I went solo so it wasn’t too bad for me but if there’s more than two people, there will be little to no room to move around if you book the standard double room. Breakfast buffet was good. Staff was very friendly and helpful."
