"This hotel was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very small no place to store your luggage and they had a table with 2 small chairs that wasn’t needed in the room all it did was make the space more crowded. The air conditioner was older and it wasn’t efficient the room didn’t really get cool at all only at night. "I LOVE this hotel and feel like at home. The location is very near with dontonburi, free drink all the time, free massage chair especially after you are going out all day it is very comfortable, having coin washing machines and when i want to go to rapi’t station to go air port, the officer drop us to the station and it is free 😀 … the best thing they are really care about customers and i got free upgrade room too … we will come back here again !!! "This hotel is located in lively neighborhood. Close to a lot of places. We can see triangle park from our room. Young people just hanging out there until midnight. Hotel staff are very friendly especially Yuki. Room is a bit small. Can’t complain that we are in Japan. Very clean. It is good enough for us. If you want to stay at quiet neighborhood, this is not for you."

"The hotel is in a fantastic location. The free drinks and popcorn were a great benefit. The breakfast consisted of more of a continental flare with rice and curry also available. The only reason for not 5 stars was there wasn’t much space in the room with two large beds in it. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. We would stay again though"

"Typical to slightly larger than average size room, can keep a suitcase open but it'll be a tight squeeze. Bathroom is a little small and the AC is slow (works well) but other than that they provided free water and snacks as well as late night meals. It's directly attached to a Lawson which is convenient and the staff is always present and very helpful. Bit of a walk from a train station but very close to so many restaurants and main shopping areas. Would come back"
