"Everything was excellent, except for the lack of an air conditioner in the room, which can get a little stuffy in the summer. It's common practice to leave the windows open to let in cool air. Just be mindful of this if you are sensitive to road noise. Washing machines require better maintenance, as they leave a significant amount of lint on my laundry. My clothes actually ended up worst than before the wash :-("

"L’appartement est à côté de la gare et des transports en commun, très pratique pour se déplacer. La chambre est bien insonorisée, propre et confortable. Très bons restaurants et épicerie à proximité. Le palais et les jardins du Belvédère sont à 6 minutes à pied. Le lobby est confortable, le personnel accueillant et il y a une consigne gratuite pour laisser nos baggages au besoin. "

"I love it all. The building itself look like you are in your own appartment, in less than 5 min you have a supermarket and also the tren station (direct tren to the center in less than 13 min ). The area is safe and quiet.....I fully recommend it"

"Really nice place to stay while travelling with family or children. The room, kitchenette and bathroom were all clean and tidy. The kitchenette was well supplied with plates, utensils, and other necessities. The fridge is full size (European size for those from the USA). Each sleeping room has its own AC unit. Check-in is slightly more complicated than a normal hotel. The front door is locked, so you have to ring the button to be let in, then go up one level, then ring again to be let into the...

"It was very comfortable stay and close to ring strat and other attractions. Centrally located to metro station and tram stops. Washer and dryer was a huge plus for us. Note that there is no one at the reception and you get your access codes to enter the apartment at 3 pm on check in date. Had no issues. The only downside was that there was no way to keep the luggage for couple of hours post check out. "

No me gustó que me cambiaran de número de apartamento o más bien que cambiaran los códigos de acceso sin previo aviso porque ese día me quedé afuera y hacía mucho frío. Y por último la cama es muy incómoda. Pero en general bien. "

"We really liked our penthouse apartment with a balcony. It was perfect for our needs, air-conditioned with a small kitchen to prepare breakfast, and a fridge. The area was great for us as it wasn't too far from the metro and tram lines. There was a great vegan ice cream place nearby and a supermarket. The Staff were super helpful when we arrived too early, and we even managed to do our laundry!! it was an awesome apartment :) "

"Realmente nunca me alojé en un lugar con tanta desidia. No había internet, papel higiénico, seguridad en la entrada del lugar, el aire acondicionado no funcionaba, tampoco el elevador, el freezer no se podía utilizar. Y para colmo el departamento apestaba a olor a cigarrillo. Eso sí la comunicación con la empresa que prestaba el servicio era buena, pero no hacían nada para solucionar la situación "
