"Room is big with 2 beds that could fit 2 persons each so me and my daughter slept comfortably. However, had the beds been a western single there could be more floor space for luggage and walking. Our bidet was faulty (runs out of water quickly so button had to be pressed often) but I didn’t let that bother me. Location is very convenient, in front of a major street, making me feel like a local but close/walkable to a lot of tourist sites. Lots of convenience stores around and bus stops are 1-2...

"I stayed in room for 4 people, 2 twin beds and 2 futon beds. Room is spacious for japanese standard and beautifully decorated. Convenience store just next to the hotel building. Walkable distance to popular Gion, Kiyomizu dera and Kodaiji temple. Everything is excellent. Thank you Minn Gion."

"The room was super beautiful and cleaned exactly how it showed on the pictures. Kitchen was equipped with the necessary for light cooking. Cons: the AC never worked so we had to sleep with the balcony door opened to let the outside cool come inside, the dryer machine took forever to dry our clothes, and the room was very small for our group of 5 with each having 2 suitcases, but we handled it for the 2 nights we stayed. Overall I loved the stay and the building location. "

"Wow. Just…wow! Beautiful building and interior, very clean rooms. Insanely great shower/tub/sauna bathroom. Spend the extra pittance for the sauna upgrade and thank me later. We arrived early, before the room was expected to be ready, but the front desk tagged and stored our luggage and delivered to the room once it was ready. Very convenient walking distance to Gion area temples and shrines. Easy access to other parts via the bus stop 100 ft away. 帰る方所ですね！"

"The apartment was super clean. AC worked well for us. Great value for the money, however for my family of 5 I wondered if the savings translated since we ended having to take an Uber back to Kyoto Station (25mins aprox) every day and back for all our tours.. maybe if you are public transport savvy it would be ok but we had two people with android phones and we failed to get a Suica card or ICOCA at the station and it just didn't work for us on the savings end. "京都駅からタクシーで、14分(2000円八条口)でした。 チェックインが、19時30分までですが、午前中に荷物を預けに行った時にチェックインの手続き(入口、部屋の暗証番号を教えてくれます)を、して頂けたので、19時30過ぎてもホテルに入れました。預けた荷物は、スタッフの方が、部屋に入れてくれたので大変助かりました。 スタッフさんは、親切丁寧です。 八坂通までは、徒歩5分産寧坂.二年坂を抜けて清水寺に行くには最高に立地が良いです。 清水寺で、沢山お土産を買ったので、一度ホテルに置きに帰るにも近くていいです。 ホテルから金毘羅宮、建仁寺も徒歩5分.10分で行けますし花見小路道(祇園の舞妓さんにも会えました)を抜けて祇園四条駅まで徒歩15分位です。清水五条駅までは、徒歩10分位です。 近くにハッピー六原商店街や24時間スーパーフレスコがありとても便利でした。 レンタル着物屋も周辺に沢山ありますよ。 牛カツで有名な勝牛さんも近くにあります。 部屋は、とても綺麗で清潔感があるのに料金は、リーズナブルで100点満点です。 また行く時は、こちらを利用したいです。 "
