"A sign at the desk said it was a smoke-free building, but as I walked down the hall I smelled smoke. Everything (doors, windows, handles, mirrors, etc.) needed cleaning. Spots on the carpet in my room looked like blood stains. Everything on the bed looked clean, and the bed was very comfortable."

The entire hotel smelled of smoke, despite advertising that it was a smoke-free property. Overall, it could have been worse, but it was just satisfactory."
