"Was a wonderful hotel in an excellent location, would stay here anytime. The staff was wonderful and the room was very clean. Note: at the time of our stay the hotel was having an elevator problem ( very rare for them to have any problem ) at the time and we were having to walk to our room. However the hotel gave us wonderful options including free breakfast brunch, champagne, and chocolate covered strawberries. So we thank the hotel for a "wonderful workout" and the bonuses. "

"Room was very clean. Daily housekeeping provided. Front desk, housecleaning and front door staff were all very friendly and helpful. Really liked the 2nd floor hospitality suite. It was a great place to unwind after a day of sightseeing in NYC. Rooms were pretty small, but 2nd floor suite allowed for stretching out with more space.
