There were lots of dings and chips out of doors, baseboards, furniture etc. there was a lot of peeling wallpaper. Not a big deal if those things don’t bother you, and the cleanliness makes up for much of it. We didn’t receive the friendly support from staff that others mention. "We booked this hotel as we were celebrating our 45th Wedding Anniversary in The City! I fell in love with this unique different hotel! Loved how comfortable the beds were and how it was alongside the window so we could see the City Streets. The rooftop was decorated beautifully with plenty of lounging areas. Love the new concept of efficiency hotel, unique ways in saving space. Just wish the had coffee pots in the room. Otherwise , highly recommend!"
