"The Kimberly Hotel is located near Rockafella Center and St. Patrick's Cathedral. Easy walk to other sites in NYC.
The staff were extremely helpful and attentive."
"Lovely rooms ( I stayed in two because my work trip was unexpectedly extended) with stylish decor and great views. Would definitely stay again! Staff was helpful and responsive. They made a billing error but corrected it right away once I inquired. Easy to walk to bijou restaurants and a corner market. 10-12 min walk to the subway. "

"The location of thisbproperty is very convenient. It is steps from Grand Central Station. It is close to subway. It is very walkable. Close to everything. The service in this hotel is outstanding. We had some issues with one of our rooms, but the staff had made other accommodations for us, which were amazing. This isbour favorite hotel in the city. Unfortunately we missed having a drink at their rooftop bar. The view is incredible. We will be back for sure. Amazing service and beautiful hotel."

I had forgotten to pack soap and shampoo, but it was no matter - the shampoo and amenities at The Box House were wonderful to use. If you are having an overnight, or an extended stay in NYC. "Facility fee even though there is no fridge available in the room so we cant store any food. Millenium next door the Premier staff is much better and helpful. (Hector!) They refunded out of courtesy. That means Millenium Broadway admitted that they are lack of courtesy and did nothing about it. Just stay at Hyatt or anywhere else nearby for similar price. This hotel is just good for location. Bit old."
