Bathroom soap dispenser broken and had not been taken out to be cleaned. The bathroom door wouldn’t close. There was a strong smell of bleach. Housekeeping never came to fix the soap dispenser as stated and no apologies given. Nice overall hotel and the area was quiet and safe.

The bed was harder than I expected after staying in a Holiday Inn before. Breakfast was good. However, I do not like American cheese which was used in the individual omelets. I much prefer scrambled eggs. I guess that is the difference between Regular Holiday Inn and the Express. I will pay more attention next time in my reservations.
