The only thing is maybe having better quality and more options for breakfast. Maybe even waffles. They had packaged biscuits but they were cheddar biscuits. I can’t have cheese. They offered packaged muffins but they were very stale. And we got there 45 mins before they closed and they were out of a lot of items. BUT the grits were so yummy!
The bed was very comfy.
We didn’t use the kitchen except for storing food in the fridge. For a longer stay it would have been perfect.

Upon arrival, we noticed we had little water pressure in the kitchen area and the tv in the living room was not working. We notified the front desk of the issues and was told it would be fixed the next day. However the next day it wasn’t repaired and when we asked again about it, they said the repair man was out sick. I asked if we could have have some towels and washcloths for the 8 adults and 2 kids we had staying between 2 rooms and all the manager had was 4 clean washcloths. We were there 2 nights and managed but it could have been so much better. The outside of the hotel smelled like pot and pool was also closed for repair. Front desk was nice and listened but just could not help us much with the issues we had. However kitchen staff was wonderful and the food was good.

Neglected Stay

I checked in on Thursday September 11,2025. The front desk clerk was very nice kind and professional. I don’t know where to start actually. I don’t know if I’m more disappointed with the overflow of people who smoking drugs outside my window or the lack of housekeeping services. The overflow of trash that collected in my room the lack of attention the housekeeper failed to give. Then on my second day I asked for towels she gave me two blue towels for me and three kids. I had to walked downstairs to the front desk only to find out that they were pool towels. The pool was not even open. Front desk clerk gave me towels.The dishwasher had food residue stuck to the bottom with no dishwasher tablets. No linen changed nor services offered. When I got ready to check out on Sunday housekeeping came to the door around 10am and asked if we were checking out. When I asked her why hadn’t she been to the room for the past four days she stated that she didn’t know she had to come until today. I don’t know what would make her think that or who even told her that. I was not satisfied with my stay. I even had to go downstairs to get additional trash bags to bag my own trash up. It was very disgusting!! I even had to send my son downstairs because we ran out of toilet paper. Overall horrible stay.

The door to enter the suite was very difficult to open and close, the carpet was torn up, the remote to the tv had dead batteries, and the tv wouldn’t connect to the WiFi. The breakfast was decent after I had to ask for syrup for the waffles. The staff was very friendly though so it wasn’t completely unbearable.

The tv worked the first night I was there it would not come on the rest of the time I was there and I even called about the tv and nothing was done ,shower door wouldn't stay shut all the way so it would wet the floor everytime you had a shower. The out side door lock would not unlock with the card and you had to fight with the other door to get in. This was building B .

Staff was amazing! However the pool which was open had not been cleaned! So dirty that there was no way you would let kid in it! Part of our group had to move to another hotel so kids could enjoy pool! Ruined our weekend

The location was great. The staff was very courteous. My only issue is close parking spaces. The elevator was working when I was leaving to check out around 7:30 a.m. The was clean but it seem to have a lot of moisture in the room. The sofa bed seemed week, the towels in the bathroom did too. Too add, I had my work shirt hanging in the closet, this morning it seemed to have moisture on it. But my overall stay was excellent. I would definitely stay again.

The room wasn’t very clean from the start. There’s a considerable amount of odor, previous damage that had not been repaired like coat hooks, hanging off the wall, toilet seat broken, shower stall door not staying put. Upon check in, you’re told that the room will be serviced every other day. I was there for a week and it was never serviced. Trash was never dumped towels were never changed out and the room doesn’t come with wash rags either. I feel as though if you’re told the room is gonna be serviced every other day, you shouldn’t have to ask.
