"Huge Soviet style hotel, the rooms are good if a bit bland. The service is non existent to downright rude. There are lots of staff doing nothing. No help with bags, key pretty much thrown at me, which then did not work, no one bothered to help with bags to room or even show where the room was. Check out equally unfriendly. Restaurant closed. "

"On the way to the Bach Long glass bridge, we overnight at Glenda Tower hotel. We are very happy with our choice of hotel: staff are very helpful, welcoming and friendly. We forgot a pair of shoes in the taxicab and the kind bell boy (Tưởng?) did not hesitate to hop into his motorbike to catch up with the taxi driver to retrieve our shoes. "On the way to the Bach Long glass bridge, we overnight at Glenda Tower hotel. We are very happy with our choice of hotel: staff are very helpful, welcoming and friendly. We forgot a pair of shoes in the taxicab and the kind bell boy (Tưởng?) did not hesitate to hop into his motorbike to catch up with the taxi driver to retrieve our shoes. What an extraordinary act of kindness that we will not forget. The room is clean, our twin beds are comfortable. We also enjoyed the indoor swimming pool (salt water) and steam room. Dinner and especially breakfast buffet is excellent. "
