Worst staff in Vietnam
"Huge Soviet style hotel, the rooms are good if a bit bland. The service is non existent to downright rude. There are lots of staff doing nothing. No help with bags, key pretty much thrown at me, which then did not work, no one bothered to help with bags to room or even show where the room was. Check ..."

"It was absolutely epically beautiful!! Vegan options as well. The resort is soooo clean and so beautiful I didn’t want to leave. The staff was very nice as well and helpful. Definitely will stay here again!!"

Great Hotel with Excellent Service
"On the way to the Bach Long glass bridge, we overnight at Glenda Tower hotel. We are very happy with our choice of hotel: staff are very helpful, welcoming and friendly. We forgot a pair of shoes in the taxicab and the kind bell boy (Tưởng?) did not hesitate to hop into his motorbike to catch up ..."
