"I highly recommend this hotel as a place to stay after trekking or touring the Maras salt mines, the Sacred Valley, or Machu Picchu. We stayed here after our four-day trek on the Inca Trail. "The location and property were good. Communications was poor. We had to wait long periods of time for an answer. Be aware that water doesn’t get to the showers or toilet during the day. They use a tank and the recommendation is to use the showers at night or until 8 am. Overall we were a little disappointed with the property. "

"Two of us stayed at this beautiful place for 3 nights and couldn’t be more happy with it! After a long day trekking, coming to a room that had a rainfall shower head and fluffy sheets was truly the perfect way to unwind. The service was excellent and was very accommodating to anything we needed. The location could not be more ideal - it is placed within a block of nightlife or the Plaza de Armas where there are many beautiful and delicious dining options with views of the Cathedral. The decor was welcoming and beautiful with hot tea or coffee awaiting you to heat you up from the cold . We cannot recommend it enough !"

"We stayed here for 3 nights before doing the Inca trail. The staff were courteous and let us check in early. They provided us with breakfast to go and stored our bags while we were hiking the Inca trail. It happened to be my birthday on the last day and the staff brought a special chocolate dessert to my room. When we returned, our bags were already moved to our new room. The restaurant onsite serves delicious breakfast and we also had dinner once which was amazing. The hotel is centrally located and it’s easy to walk to Plaza de Armas and many restaurants from there. "
