"We loved our stay at Casa Alessandrini. It was clean, the air conditioning was fabulous on an 95’F day, and it is located right next to a cute cafe which was convenient in the morning! It is so close to il Quadrilatero which has allllll the great places to eat! Walk to Piazza Maggiore was not far at all. I suggest you take any advice from the person checking you in, including the suggestion of booking a taxi the night before you need it! Learn from our mistake! It’s a great place to stay in...

"The apartment was perfect for our first night in Bologna. Checking in in the late evening wasn't a problem, and our host was super responsive to text. We never met anyone in person, but it was fine because we received quick and detailed responses to any questions we had. The room is modest, but has everything you need for a short stay. The in house restaurant was excellent. The hotel is packed with amenities including chill out areas, a great gym, and pool.
