"The location to the Kimball Museum in the Fort Worth Cultural Arts District was ideal. The staff were friendly and beyond accommodating. The decor was on point and the art collection unrivaled . Snaps to Marianna our Art Concierge for the comprehensive and enjoyable Art tour of the Hotels Collection. The food scene at Emilies and surrounding restaurants was not to be missed. This will be my go-to destination stay for all things Fort Wort and surrounding areas."

"Room had spiders and centipedes sheets were never changed. Stayed for a week no towels run out of toilet paper and said $10 a night for a vehicle they charge me 717 Expedia ad said 10 staff not very helpful at resolving any problems stay clear."

"Hotel was okay. Valet price went up upon arrival. I was told by the front desk that they would honor the price when I booked, but didn’t. Night time valet, only one man working and the security guard, not dressed like a security guard, asked for keys, said he’d give them to the valet and I could go up to my room! Elevators are interesting, a little too much."

Last evening there, someone above us with a kid continually running and making loud noises that went on for 1.5 hours, with contacting front desk twice by call and twice in person and being asked if we wanted to move…NO move them as we’re not the problem! "This is not a complaint. It’s just a lifestyle choice. I don’t think I would have booked here if I had known you have to take a 1920s elevator to get to the 24th floor to check in. The elevator has a weight limit of six people max iand in some instances, it appeared that only one elevator was working at a time. Long waits for the elevator! I do love and appreciate vintage art deco buildings, but not when my schedule doesn’t give me the freedom to wait…..We were there on a busy weekend and they...
