"We were there to attend our daughter’s TCU graduation, and the staff was very attentive and helpful throughout our stay. The event planner did a wonderful job transforming the hotel lobby into a fun and festive celebration with a sparkly balloon backdrop, “2026” display for photos, purple bead necklaces, custom TCU cookies, bagged popcorn in TCU’s colors, and refreshing Moxi drinks (which were a great alcohol-free touch). "The hotel smells like a swimming pool. The floors are actually uneven and weird to walk on and there is nasty carpet everywhere. The elevator did not work. We left within 30 minutes even though we had paid for two nights. Then I got a charge for $40 for incidentals. We weren't even there."
