"Upon check in for our anniversary our friends room was upgraded but ours was not, this was a little annoying but we weren't too bothered as we knew we would be busy. We didn't have breakfast booked, but it looked ok. The bar area is beautuful and has comfy seats, the rooms are really pretty and decorated to a fantastic standard. The shower is wonderful and always had hot water. A small gripe, no shower gel. The beds are incredible! The comfiest beds ever! Did not want to leave. Free hot coffee...

I found it very inconsiderate to customers as I had to walk back and forth on the street with luggage and it was stressful. "Fabulous Hotel to stay in Krakow. Easy to find from the train station (the one after the main train station) with a 5 mins walk. Next door to Banksy Museum. Great staff . Lovely spacious superior room. Wonderful breakfast - set us up for the day, and a great omelette if you ask for one.
