"The staff went far beyond helpful beginning with making reservations for dinner. The Belman put us and most of our luggage on the lift then ran out of room. He then carried the rest up the stairs and met us with a smile. The service at the hotel bistro was equally excellent and friendly. The food was delicious A great one night visit, I wish it had been longer"

"Very reasonably priced modern hotel in a quiet location with ample parking (rooms and food great value). GF and vegan catered for, and don't assume cheaper hotel so 'everything with chips'. Never saw any. Cross section of vegetables with drizzles to accompany the protein (maybe they do chips for children?). Three course dinner. Staff were multi-national and all helpful. "Although the design aesthetic was a bit too gaudy for me, this was just a one night stay and the room was as I expected. The staff were incredibly helpful….despite the shuttle bus officially only running between 6am and 9pm, the hotel picked us up at the airport and 9.30pm and returned us to the airport at 5.30am….we did not expect or insist on this, but they kindly offered, despite us saying we would get a taxi. Great service! "

"Sebastian helped us get checked in and was very friendly and most efficient. He got our rooms sorted quickly and guided us to where we should park our car. The hotel was comfortable and quiet. All in all, a lovely stay."

"It was ok. It smells good upon entering the hotel and the staff are friendly. The good thing, its near a tram station.And the indoor pool is also a good additional amenity. But in terms of cleanliness, i was a little disappointed since the shower area can see a trace of calc. Also i thought there is a self service coffee and tea provided on the room, But it was just the machine. "

"The property was about a 5 min walk to the train station. The room was very clean and we appreciated that the refrigerator was stocked with free items. The included breakfast was the best we have ever seen. The A/C was excellent which we noticed was not true everywhere. I would rate this hotel 5/5 and we will definitely stay here if we get the opportunity to come back to Basel."
