"Good"

"It doesn't have as many bells and whistles and isn't as well maintained as Hotel Haya or Palihouse, but it provides a clean comfortable stay a hop skip and a jump from the USF campus. There was one weight machine, maybe two, no honey or brown sugar for the teas, the hook on the wall wasn't secured with both screws needed to do so, and a corner of the bathroom door looked worn."

"Paper thin walls... rude people slamming doors and arguing at 7am in the next room over. Sleep was crap. Usually, when your night is ruined by somebody screaming next door all night and you can't sleep. then you're woken up at 7:00 a.m. by that same person slamming their doors and arguing with someone. You try to fix the terrible experience for them. To show them that this wasn't the norm at your place and that it's a one-off experience. That you want to show me a better experience. It was...

"Thanks for everything ! It was safe and clean. My only complain was the A/C it was so laugh that we have to turn off to be able to rest quietly, honestly was disturbing. The front desk guy say that the A/C need it maintenance... Anything else clean, safe and close to the place we were going! Thank you"

"Stayed one night before going to Busch Gardens. They have a complimentary shuttle to the park which is very close to the property. Good continental breakfast."

"There was no hot water, there was also a roach that came out of the mirror and the bathroom had areas of"

"We got rashes in hands and feet after sleeping in their beds and using their towels. Breakfast was not fit for human consumption, the scrambled eggs were watery flowing and not a sight to behold. Staff was rude and we had to stand in line for 4 hours, followed up continuously to get the room cleaned. The air conditioner had the noise of a farm tractor, and add it to the road noise, no one can sleep in there. What a pity, they claim to be good."

"Check in was slightly long as there was only one person in the counter and 4 guests ahead of us. The bathtub has rust stains."

"My room smelled like dirty dogs were allowed in the room. All the upholstery was dingy and smelled like dogs. Fortunately the bed and the bedding were clean. The lobby was poorly decorated and requires an upgrade and the dining area looked like a school cafeteria. I was shocked that Marriot allowed their name to be affiliated with this establishment. I slept with my mask on because of the smell. No other rooms were available."
