"I had to leave before the breakfast started - couldn’t get even a glass of water, don’t talk about the coffee. Staff was not really helpful, the night before didn’t notify me about my food delivery for very long time(don’t ask why they didn’t let the currier to bring it to my room, or why they didn’t bring it themselves). Just left the bag on their counter waiting. The phone in the room wasn’t working. The carpet had some old stains. There was only one outlet, that I was able to use with adapter to charge my devices, and wasn’t working. The rest were unusable for a tourist from North America. Will not go back. "

"We had a suite (1 bedroom and lounge converted into 2 beds) on the 5th floor facing the river Danube. It was clean, very quiet but also quite hot (radiator under sink in bathroom was on full blast when we arrived and the aircon didn’t do anything. The bathroom was a bit smelly even at that height (drains). This lessened when the shower etc had been used and was fine if you kept the bathroom door shut! It was worth it for the view and location though but I’d definitely rate it more a 3 star than a 4 as it needs some updating in areas. The smellies in the bathroom were really nice and the room was huge! Would recommend for the price and location "
