"The receptionist at check in made us feel welcome the moment we set foot in the hotel and set the tone for the rest of our stay; very friendly, professional and helpful. Quite close to a metro station and about 25 minutes walk from Gamla Stan. Room was very clean and very adequate. Free water (still and sparkling) from machines in hallways on most floors. All staff we came across very friendly. Breakfast was superb with a good choice for all tastes. Thoroughly recommended."

"Guy who manages the property is very uptight and makes his own rules (weird ones of course).
Also, there is an Asian cleaning woman who’s really rude (unprovoked).
Together they make a good team to spoil your stay at the property.
