"Was very disappointed with our stay, photos looked beautiful. But when we arrived the rooms were average and the restaurant not accommodating. Was far too expensive for what we got we spent most of our time out of the hotel. Not good value for money and a shame compared to the other places we stayed in New Zealand "

As a result, our sleep was severely disrupted, as the constant noise from the vent ran throughout the night. In addition, it’s unclear why this property is described as “apartments.” In reality, it more closely resembles a run-down motel. Unfortunately, based on our experience, we would not recommend staying here"

"This is great location, away from town center but walkable to town center, Queenstown Gardens. Breakfast is very good. Staff is very friendly and accommodative of request. Room size was small and bed size was small for King Size bed."
