"Everything looked excellent if not for the horrible smoking odor. Just as I requested, I was told at checkin that I was assigned a no smoking room. But alas for the heavy smoke smell. It was so strong that I had to protect myself with masks. By the time of my departure after just one night, my devices and items wore terrible smelling. At checkout I reported the horrible smoking issues and was told that it must have been the last user. I wonder why the room was not inspected prior to assigning...

"This was not the Super 8 experience that I thought it was going to be. We stayed at a Super 8 in Wisconsin about 10 years ago. This was near Chicago. The beds, pillows, towels, showers, and sink was excellent! But, the lobby, hallway, and room floors were horribly dirty. The pool was the color of windshield fluid and cloudy. They took a copy of my license and didn't give it back to me. The breakfast was okay, didn't eat there."

"There were people talking in the hallway 1 and 2 clock in the morning. Fireworks at 12:00 am. A roach crawling in the bathroom tub. Never will I go back."

"I showed up and was told I didn’t have a hotel room. Somehow my reservation was on Expedia but Expedia didn’t communicate to the motel I had purchased a room. After waiting for over an hour in the lobby, the gentleman behind the counter finally gave me my room and he said he would take care of the inconvenience. Not pleasant on either ends. Don’t know if I’ll ever use this app again."

"I came in not expecting much but I was not let down, this proved to be just as horrible as I expected based on first impressions. There was what looked like blood splattered on the bathroom wall, broken shower, broken window, and when I told the staff they said oh yeah they should fix that stuff, it's been like that for a while... I will not make the same mistake, staying here again!"
