"The hotel room was big enough for our son and us. The pool was under repairs but that is all we needed a room for one night and it did the trick for us."

The hair dryer was also missing. I asked for bottles at the reception and it was provided to me. Overall, the stay was great. Thank you!"

The room had some sticky substance on the table between the beds, there were live ants, and the shower floor was all cracked and missing chunks of the floor. "I wasn’t expecting much as this seemed like a “convention center” hotel. My great experience started when I needed to get some room adjustments made. The individual at the desk I talked to was amazing. Courteous and helpful and thoughtful about the adjustments. The hotel was spotless. Just a great experience and great staff!"
