"The luxury rooms are not luxurious. They dont even keep a napkin. Warm water is intermittent. The reception is non-responsive. Even though majority of the rooms were empty on the day of the checkout. They did not allow a couple of hours. They weather was good. The food at the restaurant was nice."

"I stayed at Hotel Krushna Inn during my visit to Trimbak. The location is definitely a plus — very close to the temple and convenient for local sightseeing. The staff was polite and check-in was smooth. The room was clean but quite basic, and the amenities could use a bit of an upgrade. Wi-Fi was a bit spotty, and hot water took some time to come through. The in-house restaurant had decent food, though service was a little slow during peak hours. " We were two elderly couples . The property personnel was not ready for us and they had not kept the room ready, even though we had a confirmed booking and we had paid 100% advance. We had reached the property much after the check in time. The dining area is not clean and there stray dogs and crows continuosly pestering us during lunch the first day of our stay . We preferred to eat in our rooms for the rest of our stray. Dogs were a menance at night as they would bark and move around...

"1.no electricity 2.no service what so ever , we called their restaurants at least 4 times but they did not care to pickup call 3. we had order a sandwich and after 1 hpur waiter comes and inform us it cannot be made. 4. they roof of the room was dripping in rain 5. the bathtub was broken and leaking 6. bathtub was not even cleaned the water was yellow as urine"
