"The location is excellent but that is where it ends. I have no idea why everyone is giving it the 4 or 5 stars. Please people tell the truth. The rooms are mediocre at best and very dated. The shower robes basically told the full story. They were fraying to bits. The bed was uncomfortable to sleep in as the mattress seemed very tired as you sunk right into it and the electric heaters gave such a dry heat we had to turn them all off. "The only downside was the reception office that’s been placed in an improvised shipping container, I believe some buildings are undergoing renovations so I assume this is temporary. Other than that I only have good notes on this property. Feeding the alpacas was a nice add on for our kids. Great place to stay close to all the main area attractions. Quiet and comfortable."
