The food was absolutely incredible every evening and morning and the wonderful chef even packed us a picnic lunch to take on our exceptional hike to their private waterfall! "Nice location a few km out of Rotorua. The park-like grounds are a bit odd with the Alice in Wonderland themed art, but peaceful and with nice views of the lake in the distance. The rooms are well appointed but have zero soundproofing: you will hear your neighbors snore and chat, and doors are so flimsy you hear everything going on in the common areas.
