"We unfortunately stayed for just one night on Thursday, 23 October 2025, on our way back to Joburg, but it was a truly perfect experience, just as we had hoped. The view was absolutely stunning, and the location is beautiful, safe, and enveloped by a lovely forest. We were overjoyed to receive an upgraded room for our special occasion, celebrating my partner’s 64th birthday, which made our stay even more memorable. "What a great finding! Beautiful design, extremely friendly staff, amazing dinner experience with excellent food, wine and service. Every centimeter of the hotel is designed and thought through. Just a pleasure to watch! The breakfast was feast and the staff extremely attentive. The reception staff went above and beyond when we forgot our jackets in the hotel. They promptly shipped them to our next hotel. That type of service is hard to find these days. Thank you Fusion Team!"

"Arrived on Friday afternoon and received excellent reception from the front desk.there was no toilet spray or any odour controlling mechanism in the bathroom room.left the room at 5am and came back at 12:30 pm.the room was cleaned but without towels,they were only replaced around 13:00.had an issue the aircon that sounded like a petrol fuelled generator which was attended to immediately."

"What a real gem. We only stayed one night on our way to Kruger. From reception to the person sweeping the grounds we were treated excellent. Breakfast was great and definitely plentiful. We highly recommend staying here. "

"It is a very friendly environment but not worth what I paid. The triple room is like an old granny house, the linen not even the right sizes for the beds, towels not that clean, no bathfoams etc sachet, wardrobe has only 4 hangers, no drinking water supplied, no glasses. Just cups, tea/coffee sachet supplied with very cheap plastic spoons. It was too cold and the aircon was disfuctioning, No enough plugs for cellphone chargers and other electronics. I had to go buy two pin plugs to able to...
