"We are happy for choosing this hotel, 10 minutes away from the center. Nice and quiet, surrounded by green. Rooms are spacious and very well maintained. The vibe of the hotel is super relaxing. "Excellent stay, very welcoming reception staff. The lady on reception gave us some local Belgian sweets and we also got free drinks vouchers due to the inconvenience of the construction going on at the hotel. Bit of a pain if you have lots of luggage as the current entrance is down some steep stairs and a bit of a walk from the car park. Car park was free (maybe due to the building works going on?) "Beautiful building and excellent room, it felt like a dream. The bed was extremely comfortable. The only downside we experienced was the insulation was not great, and we could hear music for a long time in the night."

"It has no AC but knowing that they get high temps over a few days and only providing 1 broken fan for 4 ppl in the suite was not acceptable. Bathroom tiles had dust on them from the vent, the vent was full of dust and I guess part of the fluff spread to the tiles. Front desk one person and a queue of guests. Yes they offer self check-in but that system was horrible and constantly showed errors when trying to write the key cards. A good hotel has personal and doesn’t cheap out and cut personell....

"The staff was very friendly and answered many questions about the hotel and Ghent. They provided a great guide with a map of Ghent - we loved it as it had a summary of each site we visited. "Parking shared with the other hotels, but not an issue. Extra cost for parking (daily). Gym was clean and kit well maintained. Lots of variety at breakfast, a very good spread and fresh hot options always available. A short taxi ride into Ghent (15-20 mins). Would stay again."
