"We loved the location of the hotel and the breakfast options. Gluten free options were available every day on request. Would’ve liked a kettle in the room as I do love a coffee when I first wake up. There are many restaurants and a supermarket so close to the hotel that we were never short of options. "Everyone was very friendly, specifically the staff at the bar. Breakfast buffet was nice with many options and good coffee. Room was very clean and had a lot of soace. Bathroom was nice with a good shower. Air Conditioner and n the room worked well. Pool could have more sun chairs as it was like all the time crowded during our stay in August. Easy walking distance to bars and restaurants in the center (10 minutes) The Funicolare to Montecantini Alto is also only 15 minutes by feet away. "

"My stay was much better than anticipated. The hotel is very clean and comfortable, and everything worked perfectly.
