Arrived to an uncleaned apartment with all of the beds used, food/pans on the stove and garbage in the front entry way that stunk. Asked for a refund and was told I had to go through hotels.com which meant another hour in the phone. Still have not been refunded my tourist taxes despite repeatably asking. "We had a wonderful stay here towards the end of May and highly recommend the charming Villa Clementina in the Prosecco country. The views from the pool (very warm and swimmable) are spectacular and the service couldn't be any better. Kiera was extremely helpful, answering our questions, arranging bikes and making dinner reservations since we can't speak Italian. Breakfast included a variety of options including fresh orange juice with something for everyone. From start to finish our stay was a delight and we would definitely stay here again!"
