"The good:
Excellent and convenient location, easy to get around to all the main areas.
Lovely service from Chiara and Annabelle.
Not so good:
Shower leaked everyday as drain was blocked,
Air con only goes as low as 20degrees, which during the summer isn’t ideal. I woke up warm and uncomfortable at night.
Bedding - pillow and mattress (sunk in) weren’t comfortable. Never woken up with a back ache previously. First time ever.
Insects in room (bed and toilet) on checking in. Gross.
