"Place is elegant and formal. The setting is very nice, and the waterfalls are beautiful. There are a lot of staff, and many are just standing around or looking at their computer. Just not a lot of people going out of their way to make sure that you are delighted with your stay. "We had a great stay at this hotel. The hotel is in an excellent location, right in the heart of Killarney surrounded by shops, restaurants, and pubs. Everything we wanted to see or do was less than a 10-minute walk away, which made the stay very convenient. The hotel itself was great, and we had no issues during our visit. Overall, we had no complaints and would happily stay here again."

"The hotel is in a great location to explore Killarney! The room was very clean and had all the amenities we needed, they even provided a small fridge for us because my friend had a medication that needed to be refrigerated. We loved our stay at the international hotel in Killarney and would definitely recommended this hotel!"
